Hotel Restaurant Manager, 5 Hotel, 3AA Rosette Restaurant, Oban – Scotland, 40k plus live in accommodation

Located in the remote West Highlands, this truly stunning hotel is set in 350 acres of private land and houses a luxury spa, leisure facilities and a golf course. With a 3AA Rosette fine dining restaurant onsite as well as accommodating weddings and events, this is an incredible venue.

As the Hotel Restaurant Manager, you will be
Overseeing every service from breakfast, afternoon tea, light lunches and dinner
Ensuring the restaurant and food offering within the hotel is of expected standard with extraordinary attention to detail required and outstanding customer service
Managing the team from rotas to training
Liaising with the kitchen as well as the GM and MD
Hands on and happy to get stuck in as and where needed

Our ideal candidate would be
an experienced Restaurant Manager in a similar role and environment
preferably experienced within 2AA rosette restaurants or 5/4 hotel
a strong leader and able to lead and manage a team
hands on with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
