Home Care Manager
- Contract Type: Temporary (12 weeks, with possibility of extension)

- Hourly Salary: £24.82
Reed Health & Care is seeking a Home Care Manager for a temporary 12-week contract, with the potential for extension, based in Glasgow. This role involves supporting the senior home care manager in delivering exceptional care at home services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the senior home care manager in managing the delivery of care at home services.
- Directly line manage a team including Community Co-ordinators, focusing on the wellbeing and professional development of your team.
- Develop and maintain a culture of person-centred care, promoting service users to be as independent as possible.
- Identify and implement service developments and innovations as part of a continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure budgetary control and expenditure management within your team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- SVQ4 qualification in health or social care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the management of home care services.
- Knowledge and understanding of SSSC code of practice and Health and Care Standards.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
