We are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Holiday Home Sales Executive. This role is based across 3 stunning premier, coastal, family owned holiday parks in South Ayrshire. The role will be primarily located just outside Ayr but this position will require a full driving licence and own vehicle to travel between the other parks as required.
As a Holiday Home Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating the features and benefits of holiday home ownership to prospective buyers.
- Building strong customer relationships with both new customers and existing park owners
- Identifying and generating leads through diverse channels, such as online enquiries, social media, referrals, and promotional events.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of potential buyers and promptly following up on leads.
- Arranging and conducting sales viewings at each park, ensuring a personalised and informative experience.
- Clearly communicating pricing, financing options, and any special promotions to potential buyers.
- Facilitating the closing process, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all necessary documentation.
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining meticulous records of sales and monitoring progress towards established targets.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in the holiday park industry, showcasing a proven track record.
- Excellent knowledge of Caravans and Lodges including various models and features.
- Exceptional organisational and self-motivational skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A valid driving license, as travel between parks is a requirement for this role.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Hours: 40hrs/week 9am – 5.30pm. 5 days per week. Days off midweek.
