We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician on behalf of our client, a well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow. Our client is involved in a range of projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors, with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician, you will be working closely with the architectural team on the design process of building projects.
You will be responsible for:

Producing detailed drawings and specifications using REVIT and other software
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
Assisting with site surveys, inspections, and reports
Contributing to the development and improvement of the practice

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed as an Architectural Technician, you will need:

A relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related subject
Experience in using REVIT and other design software
Experience in working on large-scale residential projects
A good understanding of building technology and construction methods
A freehand drawing ability and an eye for detail and design
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
