MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor Glasgow

Your new company

I am delighted to be working with a client who has recently joined forces with an overseas investor to join their global building consultancy. As a result they have expanded their portfolio of clients and projects and are looking to recruit a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team. Their focus is high end developments, working with clients who are looking for the highest standard of finish and locations for their projects. They are also committed to building sustainably, with lots of rejuvenation projects in the pipeline on buildings across the central belt.

Your new role

This couldn’t be a better time to begin working at this organisation as they are in the early design stages of a 50 million pound development in Central Edinburgh which will be your primary focus when you join the team. You will be reporting to the office director and working closely with then and junior surveyors who will assist you through this project.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a technically accomplished and experienced, commercial MRICS qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, with career development aspirations. Being self-motivated, ambitious, client facing and able to work independently is vital to this role; one which will include project delivery and the management and development of junior members of staff. You will have a proven track record in private practice, with a creative and consistent approach to delivering excellence.
