Housing Association Customer Service (Repairs/Compliance) Vacancy – 18 months
My client is a medium to large sided housing association based in and around Edinburgh. They are looking to appoint a keen and enthusiastic Customer Advisor to train and upskill in the area of compliance and repairs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and home their skills within the housing space.
The successful candidate will be ideally from a background of admin, housing or similar. No formal qualifications are required for this role however any professional qualification HNC or above is desired.
Within this role you will be trained on how to deal with customers and clients managing a variety of HA functions. Ranging from calling in repairs and sending reports, to ensuring the compliance of H&S regulations to customers. You must be well spoken and have strong IT skills.
Salary – £23-24k depending upon experience
