CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED – GLASGOW

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join their team in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry and join a team passionate about assisting valued customers with their enquiries whilst maintaining a first-class service.

Your new role
You will need to work full-time hours and be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8am-8pm. There are several shift patterns available, and you get to choose the one that suits you, giving you the best work-life balance.

What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in dealing with customers across multiple channels is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
You must also be able to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check before you can start your role.
