Architect or Architectural Technician required for 6-8 week contract in Glasgow (Must be Revit proficient)

Your new company
A well known architecture firm based in Glasgow city centre has an immediate requirement for an Architect or Architectural Technician to assist with a large education project. This will be on a contract basis starting immediately for approx 6-8 weeks.
You will be producing work packages for the external envelope, so having a solid technical knowledge and proficiency using Revit is essential. The building itself will be passivhaus, so any previous experience working on passivhaus or low energy buildings would be beneficial.
Your new role
Ideally, they would like for someone to work from their city centre office, but would not rule out those who can offer support on a hybrid / remote basis given the contract duration.
What you’ll get in return
The hourly rate is negotiable dependent upon experience, but I would expect it to be in the region of £22 – £25ph (PAYE). Those who would prefer to work via their own LTD company will be subject to an IR35 assessment.
