Your new company
Hays are pleased to be working again with this private sector Client to help support in their requirements for a permanent full-time Customer Service professional to join their growing team. You will be operating as the first point of contact for the business for customer care whilst supporting the wider team with administration duties.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the management and processing of orders and data inputting. You will be dealing with all internal and external queries that are raised and will be confident to escalate queries when required. You will also be required to present information to senior stakeholders within the business and take minutes when required.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be proactive, organised and forward-thinking. You must be able to build relationships with customers by providing a quality and efficient service. It is essential to have strong interpersonal skills and be Microsoft Office proficient.
