A well established Property Investment Management organisation specialising in income enhancement and development opportunities across the commercial property and student housing markets. Your new role
As the property administrator, you would be responsible for charge raising, including issuing draft reports to property surveyors, raising rent and service charge demands, maintaining tenancy schedule records and reviewing property expenditure against budgets.
Strong administrative skills are required for this position as you will be completing various ad hoc tasks relevant to the responsibilities of your role. Utilisation of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential to your role. Experience with systems such as Tramps and/or Yardi would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
