Freelance Building Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor role, based in Edinburgh.

Your new company
Our client, a consultancy providing stock condition surveys in Edinburgh/East of Scotland, are looking to add a number of Building Surveyors/Stock Condition Surveyors to their team for numerous projects commencing in the next month.

Your new role
Your new role will be focused around delivering SHQS compliant internal and external stock condition surveys, assisting the end client in recording the condition of their housing stock in order to inform their planned maintenance programme.

What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a Building Surveying background, having either worked in a similar capacity before or have experience of delivering residential stock condition surveys.
