Leading Construction Business requires Technical Support Manager to join their business.

Your new company
Our client are a leading builder / developer who are a well established business across multiple sectors in Scotland. Seeking to continue to develop their brand for excellence they are looking to appoint a Technical Support Manager to their operational team based in the Central Belt.

Your new role
This role has been created to ensure all of their projects which are close to completion and future projects are built according to best practice ensuring that any identified technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You will be the key source of technical information and will be the conduit of information from the operational team to external stakeholders such as engineers , architects and clients. This role is technical in nature and will be focused on problem solving , coordination and communication. You will also get involved in the front end and offer design management services to the preconstruction team.

What you’ll need to succeed
Our client are open to candidates background. The ideal candidate will be perhaps from an engineering or architecture background with a deep understanding of construction and how projects are put together. You will be comfortable communicating professionally with multiple levels of stakeholders from your own directors to your client and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
