Assets/Estates Surveyor required to support leading Local Council 6 Months Freelance

Assets/Estates Surveyor required to support leading local council based in Perth.
My client is looking to appoint a suitable qualified estates/assets manage to survey and assess a large portfolio of public buildings. The loca council has been tasked with an assets review to be carried out over the next 6 months on which to base the following years budget/spending on. This role will involve surveying existing buildings and making recommendations based on the condition and utility of the estate.

This is a 6-month role with a strong salary & benefits package. Based in Perth my client offer a hybrid and flexible working environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone from either a maintenance, surveying or asset background with a good knowable of public sector environments. Candidates must be qualified in a relevant field such as construction design or architecture, surveying or asset management and hold experience working to strict deadlines.
