Your new company
Our client has an excellent track record in the housebuilding industry. Their extensive range of new homes includes a variety of house types on a prestigious development. Their homes provide an impressively high standard of living throughout and are a range of semi-detached and detached homes, all with exceptional specification

Your new role
As one of their new projects is underway – a site of 29 new homes they are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Site Manager.

As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes to schedule in a sought-after location. You will contribute to our commitment to customer service excellence and create exceptional living spaces that meet the needs and desires of modern homebuyers. You will lead an experienced team to drive this package to completion, ensuring the site is operating in a safe and productive manner. The key part of this role is coordination and organisation so you must be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence and motivate your team.

What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the housebuilding industry is essential. The successful candidate should also be confident in briefing a team and have a strong understanding of how to coordinate, organise and lead a team to achieve handover and completions. You will have a professional approach, and commercial awareness of the project, monitoring the progression and timeframe of the programme. You will have the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site team. SMSTS is essential.
