Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Edinburgh Permanent Role £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

My client is a well known consultancy specialising in commercial projects in the built environment, the company have extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. The business have an excellent reputation for client care and a high standard of project delivery due to the hard working and collaborative approach by the team.

Your new role

You will be working closely with the Head of Building Surveying, you will have a responsibility to manage existing clients, perform the full building surveying technical role including. The company will provide you initially with a public sector framework to deliver various projects from, then you would move onto other projects at a later date.

What you’ll need to succeed

Good experience working for a consultancy in a Building Surveying role, a good understanding and knowledge of the local market, experience with public sector based projects and a strong knowledge around contracts with in this sector.
