Full time Permanent Administrator in Inverness

Your new company is a private sector organisation based in Inverness. The position is a full-time role of 35 hours per week, on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will involve administrative tasks such as copying, printing and scanning. Other daily duties will involve preparing and submitting forms, liaising with other internal teams and maintaining in-house databases.
What you’ll need to succeed
What you’ll need to succeed is experience in MS Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and be comfortable with bespoke systems. We are looking for someone with excellent prioritisation skills and who prides themselves on their attention to detail. You will need to be flexible, proactive and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What you’ll get in return
The role is Monday to Friday. You will have access to free parking and no weekend availability is required.
