Receptionist General Admin Full Time Permanent £19,000 – £22,000 DOE

Hays are proud to be representing this client once again. Your new company is a private sector manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Dundee. This position is for a full-time Receptionist with general administrative duties. Based on 37 1/2 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will involve being front of house, welcoming guests into the office environment, answering telephone calls, as well as general administration duties such as preparing and submitting forms, liaising with other internal teams and maintaining in-house databases. You will also gain exposure to other departments such as operations, resourcing and finance.
What you’ll need to succeed
What you’ll need to succeed is experience in Microsoft Office packages, including excel, word, outlook and have an eagerness to learn new office-based systems. My candidate is looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and has a keen eye for detail. You need to be flexible in your approach, proactive and have excellent prioritisational skills.
