Assistant Site Manager required for a permanent role on a high-end residential development in St Andrews

Your new company
Our client has a development of luxury homes, including a variety of house type in a much-desired location in the area of St Andrews. While one of their new projects is underway – they are seeking to appoint an experienced residential Assistant Site Manager
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process and ensuring the delivery of quality homes. You will assist in leading an experienced team to drive this package to completion, ensuring the site is operating in a safe and productive manner. Coordination and organisation are vital, so you must be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence and motivate your team.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in the housebuilding industry is essential. You will also have a professional approach and have excellent organisational skills and a great eye for attention to detail
You will have the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site team. SMSTS and Black CSCS is essential.
