Key Responsibilities:
- To show a high level of competency and organisational skills working within a team environment providing a total quality service to internal and external customers. Ensuring that a professional representation of the company, its services and values with a positive can-do attitude are exhibited at all times.
- Managing existing and prospective customers to maximise product take up and sales opportunities.
- Obtaining pricing and availability from suppliers for non-stock items as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills
