Job Description
Governance Manager required to join a small but well renown association on a part time, permanent basis.
Salary: 37,000 FTE ( 22,000 pro-rata)
Location: Remote – UK, 22hrs per week

Essential Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in managing governance processes in complex organisations
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of governance structures within non-profit or educational sectors
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of governance structures within non-profit or educational sectors
Experience working within an international organisation or membership-based body
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Overseeing the awards and grants programmes of the organisation
Manage operations, meeting agendas, minute-taking and actioning the follow-up
Support the CEO and Senior Management Team in maintaining a robust governance framework
