Bring your energy to Aggreko as Global Capex Lead based in Glasgow.
You’ll own the design, deployment and continuous improvement of Capex & Disposal processes, policies and systems at Group level, ensuring consistent adoption and strong governance.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the end-to-end Group Capex workflow and system requirements, driving continuous improvement and adoption of the Capex App
- Lead the design and standardisation of global disposal processes and policy frameworks, ensuring structured lifecycle management across regions
- Develop, implement and embed Capex & Disposal policies into practical workflows, templates and systems
- Establish and run governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency and auditability of Capex and Disposal activities
- Enable robust planning and delivery visibility through system-based tracking, forecasting capability and standardised reporting
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Fleet, Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT, acting as the central point of coordination
- Lead global rollout of process, policy and system improvements, ensuring consistent adoption and execution standards
- Proactively identify risks and gaps, driving continuous improvement and early intervention
Qualifications
- Experienced in process design and continuous improvement, with a strong ability to simplify and standardise workflows
- Skilled in working with and enhancing systems (ERP, workflow tools, Power BI or similar)
- A strong stakeholder manager, confident working across regions and multiple business functions
- Able to translate business needs into practical system and workflow solutions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in execution
- Familiar with Capex, asset lifecycle or operational processes (advantageous)
