Job Description

Perk seeks a Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the full GTM tech stack, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. You will lead a senior team across Europe and North America, aligning SDR, AE, and AM workflows with revenue goals.

You will build production-grade platforms using Clay, Python, SQL, and TypeScript, turning commercial problems into scalable technical solutions that accelerate revenue growth.
