Customer Success Manager / SaaS Edinburgh Hybrid working onsite 3 days p/week. £35k (OTE £45k) Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams you will be a necessary part of the onboarding and implementation of new customers as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform. You will be responsible for;
- Own the process ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
- Manage onboarding plans.
- Educating end customers ensuring they are confident with the platform.
- As the customer is onboarded ensuring continued relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Providing support, guidance and ongoing necessary support on the platform.
