Job Description
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)
Location: Glasgow/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)
Rate: A highly competitive PAYE rate is available for suitable candidates
About the role:
Working as part of a team you will perform complex reconciliations and support the Team Manager in dealing with the flow of work, acting as coach and supporting the team with any complex cases/queries. Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that reconciliations are completed in line with the account profile.

Experience of carrying out investigations
Ability to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions in demanding timescales.
Strong coaching skills to support other colleagues.
Ability to prioritise workload and make decisions based on what is best for achieving
Applies technical knowledge, skill and effort to deliver business results whilst actively participating in operational improvement initiatives.
Flexible approach with ability to deliver results within demanding timescales and respond quickly and efficiently to changes in order to deliver for our customers.
Work within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues
Support development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities
Accomplish work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary
Embrace change and support colleagues through change
Consistently deliver great results within tight timescales
Effective Risk Management
Act in accordance with the Group’s values & behaviours
