Project Manager – Construction
Location – Edinburgh
Permanent, Full-time Position
Salary – 50,000 to 75,000 depending on experience
About the company:
The company are speclaists in delivering screeding. Working on both small and large projects.
Key Responsibilities Not Limited to:
– Project Planning and Management.
– Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
– Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
– Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
– Stakeholder Communication:
– Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
– Act as the primary point of contact between the client, project team and subcontractors.
– Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
– Resource Management.
– Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in project management software
– In-depth understanding of construction processes and standards.
