Job Description

Our client specialise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with experience of delivering solar and wind projects also. Due to an ever growing pipeline they have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Project Manager that has strong experience in delivering projects from inception, all the way through construction, commissioning and handover, preferably in the BESS or wider renewables market.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and manage teams across the entire project lifecycle
  • Management of projects in the UK from planning, consents through EPC and commissioning/handover
  • Project management of assigned contractors for civil, mechanical and electrical

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, particularly within a renewable energy developer, contractor, or consultancy environment.
  • Experience with both development and construction phases of energy projects is crucial.

This is a remote position with national travel as and when required. We therefore welcome applications from anywhere within the UK.
