STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work with one of our highly acclaimed clients.
Operating across the Scotland region, you will manage a range of accounts in order to maximise business from them whilst developing new business in order to achieve your sales targets.
Your key tasks will be:
Sales to new business and winning new accounts
Contract and tender negotiation
Deliver sales presentations to customers
Manage and develop the CRM
Report figures monthly and quarterly
Support onboarding of new clients
Build strong internal relationships with colleagues in the local site
Identify new prospects and develop through sales process
Exceed sales targets
The role would suit someone with a proven track record in technical sales working in the manufacturing sector. You will receive a generous basic salary, a car allowance and an excellent bonus structure.
Basic salary £50-55k with OTE £70-75k
