The Role:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will report to the business Directors and play a crucial role in boosting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with different teams, monitor performance metrics, develop strategic plans, and keep abreast of Amazon s latest policies and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee all Amazon accounts, including international.
  • Sales Strategy: Boost sales, improve rankings, and increase traffic.
  • Market Research: Use Helium 10 for market and competitor analysis.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create and monitor sales forecasts with the procurement team.
  • Pricing: Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Enhance product listings for better visibility and conversion.
  • Advertising: Work with PPC manager to improve ad campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and traffic data to inform decisions.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and develop Sales Assistants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Several years of experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and best practices.
  • Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium, and other tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Results-driven, focused on achieving sales and profitability goals.
