Daily Duties:
- Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
- Supporting the large client base through ticket requests, and occasionally onsite visits to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing projects.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to find a resolution for your clients.
- Maintaining and supporting your client’s infrastructure.
- Working on a shift-pattern basis.
