2nd Line Helpdesk TechnicianEdinburgh/Hybrid£25,000 – £30,000


  • Providing technical support to end-users both in the office and at client sites.
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborating with the helpdesk team to ensure efficient ticket resolution.
  • Assisting in the creation and revision of technical documentation.
  • Supporting ongoing projects and contributing to the improvement of IT infrastructure.
