Our dedicated room attendants ensure that every space is immaculate and guest ready, making Skibo shine for every arrival.
Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant you will:
- Provide a personalised touch to each guest’s stay, from placing family photos and home baked shortbread by their bedside to ensuring their preferred bedding is ready – making every visit to Skibo feel special.
- Work proactively and attentively, responding to guest requests and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Maintain impeccable standards across the castle and family lodges, ensuring every room reflects the warmth, luxury, and attention to detail that defines The Carnegie Club.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You’re friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people.
- You’re a team player and enjoy working alongside colleagues in a fast paced environment.
- Ideally you have some experience in a venue such as a guest house or hotel; if not, our team will be happy to help you with your training.
- You are willing to learn and take direction, and are keen to progress your role through training and development.
