Administrative Assistant
2x Posts – 18hrs (2x 0.5 WTE)
Fixed Term for 6 months
Band 2 (£26,696 – £28,988) per annum
An opportunity to join the team providing Health Records admin support for patients within Astley Ainsley Hospital.
Vacancy based at the Astley Ainsley Hospital, Psychology department. Monday to Thursday evenings with hours to be agreed with the line manager.
Applicants should be able to cope in a busy environment, have excellent interpersonal, good organisational, and competent keyboard skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Health Records administrative support for patients within Astley Ainsley Hospital.
- Work in the Psychology department as part of the administrative team.

Additional Information
From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will reduce from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part-time hours will be reduced pro-rata with a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay is not affected.
