We re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a technical service and aftersales support team within the HVAC/building services sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with commissioning on top of this leadership and customer support.
Service Managers Responsibilities
- Lead site-based commissioning,
- Manage warranty investigations and technical reporting within SLAs
- Lead and develop a team of Site Service Engineers, including training and competency management
- Oversee aftersales technical support, both on-site and remote
- Drive service performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure strong health & safety, compliance, and safe working practices
Service Managers requirements:
- Strong technical background in Air Conditioning
- Proven experience managing engineering or service teams
- Confident communicator with strong reporting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, improvement-focused approach
