Stairlift / Hoist Technician
Job Description
RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a trusted, local accessibility specialist and authorised distributor for Stannah Stairlifts. We help people live safely and independently at home.
Due to growth, were hiring a Stairlift/Hoist Technician for our Inverness branch.
What youll do:
- Install, service and repair stairlifts (multiple makes) and ceiling track hoists
- Learn our full product range and assist senior engineers and teammates
- Take part in the out-of-hours call rota (typically 1 week in 5 allowance paid)
- Pitch in with reasonable additional tasks to keep customers moving safely
What youll bring:
- Engineering experience (mechanical/electrical trade background welcome)
- Knowledge of stairlifts/hoists is desirable, not essential full training provided
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused, disability-aware, punctual, and smart appearance
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
