Job Title: Vehicle Prepper
Location: Livingston
Pay Rate: £18 per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing Contract / Temporary

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join their busy bodyshop in Livingston. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality refinishing work.

Youll be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint, ensuring all panels are correctly filled, sanded, and masked to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork to manufacturer and workshop standards

  • Sanding, masking, priming, and panel preparation

  • Identifying and completing minor repairs where required

  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper or similar role within an automotive bodyshop

  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Own tools and equipment required

Pay & Hours:

  • £18 per hour

  • Monday to Friday full-time hours
