PSA Engineer – Transmission
Edinburgh (Hybrid/Remote available)

We are seeking a PSA Engineer with strong experience in Power Systems Application software for Transmission Systems. This role involves developing, integrating, and delivering advanced EMS/SCADA solutions for Electric Utilities and System Operators.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Electric Transmission EMS solutions.
  • Work with SCADA systems such as XA21 or equivalents (Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider, etc.).
  • Support functional specification, design, coding, testing, and integration.
  • Apply data modelling for electric SCADA/Power DMS/TMS applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in EMS/SCADA implementation.
  • Hands-on with XA21 or equivalent SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of Electric SCADA, Power DMS/TMS, and data modelling.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of EMS domain.
  • Experience with SQL/PLSQL.
  • Exposure to test management and automated testing tools.
