Area Sales Manager

Salary: Basic to circa £50,000 + Bonus circa £15,000 + Vehicle + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team across Scotland. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, coaching field-based sales professionals, and establishing strong customer relationships within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of farming and rural communities, combined with leadership skills and a successful sales background.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong agricultural background, personal or professional
• Experience managing a sales or field team
• Self-motivated, adaptable, flexible
• Full UK driving license

Package Details:

• Basic salary circa £50,000 DOE
• Bonus circa £15,000
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
