Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading architectural practices wo work on high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to lead on a range of projects for their Edinburgh studio.

Duties

• Lead commercial and retail projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience

• Degree within architectural technology
• Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the commercial and retail sectors
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
